**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources at Rembrandt Living, located in Adelaide, SA. The Human Resources person will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The HR Person will also oversee performance management and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

**Key activities**:
1) Providing advice and support to managers and employees, in the interpretation of policy, process and legislation.

2) Partnering with managers to coordinate and facilitate end to end recruitment and onboarding (coordination of advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and coordination of the onboarding experience). 3) Support managers to manage employee performance and disciplinary matters.

4) Coordinate and support employee injury management requirements and work cover matters.

5) Coordinating employee compliance training.

6) Maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance requirements are met (Right to Work, National Police Clearance, Immunisation Status, AHPRA Registrations, Mandatory Training etc)

7) Collaborate and coordinate with training providers regarding employee training requirements.

8) Assisting and coordinating in the placement of work experience and student placements.

9) Completing HR reporting as required.

10) Process the administration requirements of employee changes, departures, parental leave etc.

11) Assisting in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience with Performance Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certifications or degrees in HR or related field
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
