We are delighted to partner with our client, a private family investment company, with a focus on deploying capital into investment opportunities which **promote change** and **positive **outcomes for **society** and the **natural environment**. A newly created role is now available for a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of PA/administrative Assistant.

**About the role**

This role reports to the Executive Assistant and provides support and coordination to the **principals **to ensure the smooth running of key aspects of the **personal** and **professional** commitments, and to provide administrative support and **management of the family office/s**; performs a full range of **secretarial** and administrative support functions, includes **interaction** with other **family members** and engagement regarding the **running of various houses, real estate** and a number of day to day personal matters; arranging **travel**, filing, printing, drafting correspondence, **scheduling meetings** and **coordination of events**.
