Mechanical Plumbing Apprentice

We, Cold Bear Air Conditioning are a professional HVAC construction company specialising in providing high-quality HVAC installation services for both residential and commercial customers. Our services include the installation of small and large air conditioning units, evaporative coolers, gas heaters, ventilation ducts, and related control equipment. The Apprentice worker we are looking for will learn and develop the skills needed to become proficient in this trade. You will attend training sessions and assist skilled workers in completing tasks and projects. The apprentice's salary will fully comply with Australian regulations, including any applicable allowances and paid leave entitlements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn the trade and practice skills
- Attend training sessions and complete coursework
- Assist skilled workers in completing tasks and projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Demonstrate professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Completed Year 12 of high school (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of the trade or industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Physical ability to perform manual labour and safely lift or move objects within a reasonable weight range if required
