**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: St Kilda East, VIC

**Salary**:$33-36 per hour + Super + paid leave.

**Days**:Mondays-Fridays (4 days also possible)

**Hours**: 30hrs a week initially, with 5-7 hour afternoons (7pm latest finish) but can grow to full days

**Children**: 3 year old & 4 month old twins

**Start date**: ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Permanent Australian Resident (able to commit long term if all goes well)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Fully Vaccinated
- Drivers Licence
- At least 2 years of experience with babies and young children
- 2 outstanding references we can contact.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
These easy-going parents are seeking a nanny who can work both independently and alongside them. Ideally someone whose support can shift with their changing needs as they settle into life with 3 young children. They are happy to guarantee up to 30 hours initially, over 4-5 days, and will be able to offer full-time hours by early-2024 as both parents return to full-time work.

In addition to care of the children, they would like help with light household tasks such as simple cooking, laundry, tidying/organisation when time permits.

**ABOUT YOU**
This role is open to applicants currently living in Melbourne, with Permanent Residency, and with at least 2 years of experience (professional or personal) with babies/toddlers.

**You must have experience with young children**, but don't have to be a baby expert. The parent are happy to guide someone who is less experienced with young babies/twins. The 3 year old is in full-time Kindergarten, but it's essential you enjoy that age

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The 3 year old is active, social, and thriving in Kindergarten. The infants are healthy and doing well as they find their rhythm with their caregivers.

Both parents work but mum is currently on Maternity Leave. Their ideal relationship with a nanny will include an ability to work as a team so that both parents can continue to be involved with the children in addition to working.
