We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Coordinator to support our Practice Manager and play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.

**Role Overview**:
As our Clinical Coordinator/ Leader, you will be the first point of contact for patients and team members, providing essential support to the Practice Manager. You’ll ensure our practice operates efficiently, our vision and values are upheld, and our patients receive the best possible care. This role is pivotal in maintaining the daily operations of the practice, from financial management to HR support, operations, and beyond.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of infection control and compliance standards.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to uphold and promote the vision and values of the practice.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- dental: 2 years (preferred)
