Join our client's Sydney office in the Corporate Practice team They are currently seeking a senior lawyer who wants to work alongside one of their founding partners.

In this role, you will primarily focus on private mergers and acquisitions, with a specific emphasis on the Australian private equity sector. You will assist local and overseas funds with their platform investments, roll-ups, and exits. The team has extensive experience in private equity and also provides guidance on M&A transactions, management equity incentive plans, and director duties for blue chip corporates and founders. You will benefit from their expertise in navigating the increasingly complex regulatory and legal environment.
- Has 5 years of experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
