Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to provide technical support within our Telecommunications business. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by liaising with project teams, stakeholders (internal/external), and technology partners.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.- Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.- Lead by example and motivate team members in respect to safety aspects within the Company.- Reports to Project Engineer/s on a Daily Basis.- Assist in assessing Systems of Work (FH and subcontractor) for effectiveness in minimising risk to health and safety for workers and public through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions.- Assist to resolve issues of non-compliance and consolidate quality data.

How you’ll connect to the role:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (advantageous)- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the local Telecommunications/Construction sector- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus- Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-pressure environment would be beneficial- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
