Gym Manager

Castle Functional Fitness is a boutique Strength and Conditioning facility that offers over 30 classes per week, as well as an open gym with quality strength training equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Gym Manager to drive membership sales and help develop our business to become the premier Strength and Conditioning facility on the Central Coast.

Whilst the primary responsibility of the role is growing our membership base and coaching some of our classes, our Gym Manager will also get involved in the administrative aspects of the business and assist the owners with various initiatives to be rolled out over the coming months.

**To Be Successful in this Role You Will Have**:

- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- A track record of setting, achieving and surpassing lead generation and sales targets
- Solid marketing experience
- Social Media savvy
- Success in outreach and community engagement (highly regarded)
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Group Training Experience
- Eye for detail and strong administration skills
- Availability to work **early mornings and evenings**, Monday - Saturday (must be able to work on a Saturday regularly)

- Sales and Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Group fitness: 1 year (preferred)
