NDIS Roster Coordinator

Transformational support is an expanding innovative Support business focussed on providing exceptional care to clients ensuring their needs and preferences are met.

As part of this role you will be required to provide an high level of rostering and scheduling services while liaising with staff to ensure effective support is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Brevity Care software to manage and coordinate NDIS participant rosters effectively.-
- Ensure timely scheduling and allocation of support workers based on participant needs and preferences.-
- Maintain accurate records of participant schedules, staff availability, and service delivery requirements.-
- Liaise with participants, support workers, and other stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth service delivery.-
- Monitor rostering activities to optimise resource allocation and minimise gaps in service provision.-
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance rostering efficiency and participant satisfaction.-
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently-
- Minimum of three to four years of experience rostering for NDIS providers.-
- The ability to implement and maintain day to day rostering requirements as per the SCHADS Award and Transformational policies and procedures.-
- Proficiency in NDIS processes and regulations.-
- Strong organisational and time management skills.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities on all platforms-
- An understanding of Brevity care software is strongly desired.-
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and accuracy in roster management.-
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.-
- Utilise google drive software.-
- Develop effective relationships with frontline staff-
- Address and monitor overtime and absenteeism issues.-
- Possess the ability to maintain decorum and stability through interactions-
- Accurately perform data entry- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience within a human resources setting Experience of 3-4 years rostering in NDIS Experience in Brevity care software Qualifications in leadership or aspiring to gain Current WWCC Current NDIS check Drivers licence All four NDIS modules Children of the guardian modules Ability to work effectively in a team environment Quality communication skills Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
