**Sales Assistant**

It is a good starting point to assist the selling Directors of LJ Hooker Gordon mainly on the sales but may also involve in the property management. The role will be directly under the mentoring of the directors for quick growth in real estate on the North Shore Sydney market.

On the sales side, the role is to assist the directors in leads generation, appraisal preparation, open homes, auction, purchaser liaison, etc. This is to explore the potential of the employee to be an independent working sales agent in future.

One the property management side, the role is involving in supporting the property management team on leasing process and property management. Property management related work will help the employee to learn the market, the people, and the legislation, etc. quick for further development into either dedicated sales agent or property manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
