**About the role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual to work in our customer service team. Ideally you will have customer service experience in the hire space in the construction industry or knowledge of the industry. You will be willing to work 2 weekends a month and enjoy weekdays off these weeks.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Provide excellent face to face customer service to both our existing clients and new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify trends and customer needs, develop ongoing relationship to service their needs.
- Proactively provide operational support, customer service and coordinating transactional queries.
- Ability to operate the machinery and deliver equipment to clients.

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role ideally with machinery, parts and or hire equipment.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and a strong customer focus, ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Drivers licence essential, Forklift licence preferred, knowledge of using tools and equipment.
- The ability to learn new aspects of the mechanical industry.
