Front of House Staff

We are an iconic country pub, located in Ballan. We are surrounded by fantastic, local produce and nestled in the fabulous Macedon wine region, offering some of the best food and wine in Regional Victoria.

But we are more than just your usual pub - offering elevated pub fare, great local beer and wines and professional, friendly and memorable service.

We are currently looking for Front of house staff for a variety of roles including bartenders, section waiters and supervisors.

We are happy to train the right personalities.

Desirable qualities for applicants:

- Bar experience
- Able to meet & greet customers
- Ability to have a chat to a customer and make them feel at home
- Cocktail making skills
- Strong customer focus
- Composed, swift & efficient
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Someone who leads by example
