**Your new role**

Reporting to the Dock Controller, the Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of prepared meal counts with customer counts for each day's flights and handing over the flight catering to the aircraft crew.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the checking and co-ordination of the prepared meal adjustments, ensuring flights are dispatched aligned to final departure figures including the hand over and sign off with our airline customers’ crew.
- Act as the final checking point prior to the flight departing with our Dispatch Unit and responsible for the communication to the relevant Departments should there be any adjustments required.
- Adhere to company Compliance and Regulations (Materials / Security / Country / Safety / SQOR / Company Rules and Procedures).
- Communicates with our Unit Dispatch Manager at our facility to notify of any irregular operations, block-outs, etc.

**We are interested in speaking with individuals who possess**:

- Previous experience in a similar or customer facing role would be highly regarded.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Good communications skills.
- A current full driver’s licence.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is essential.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MASCOT, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
