**Company**

Aspect is working with a high-end, residential builder with a great reputation in the market. The business has long-term clients and a healthy pipeline.

The company delivers high end multi res developments up to $30M. Projects will be based in Melbourne’s East & Melbourne inner CBD.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for finishes of a $28M Loft Style apartment build.

You will come in as a Finishing Foreman being hands on throughout the defects & finishes stage of the project.

The role offers career progression as you’ll have multiple projects in the mix for once this project is completed.

**Requirements**:

- This role will suit an individual with an experienced trade background
- 2-4 years relevant experience working on residential & commercial projects.
- High attention to detail
- Relevant construction qualification
- Great communication & multi-tasking skills
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
