**About the role**:
A Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing large spreadsheets and supporting various business processes within the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include handling and analysing large datasets, ensuring accurate data entry, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and support the smooth functioning of the business.

**Duties**:

- Manage large spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data entry, organisation, and analysis
- Support various business processes and systems within the organisation
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and share relevant information
- Identify issues or discrepancies in data and propose solutions for improvement
- Maintain and update records, files, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Perform regular quality checks on data and documents to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experience Needed**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or business support role, preferably involving spreadsheet management and process knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software to handle and manipulate large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with complex data and processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Availability to commit to the full 10-week temporary assignment, starting from Monday, and work regular office hours from Monday to Friday
