**About Arete Health Care**:
Arete Health Care operates two Residential Aged Care Facilities in Sydney South West, i.e., Hixson Gardens Aged Care Facility located in Bankstown and Lansdowne Age Care Facility located in Cabramatta. The homes provides either permanent or respite care as per the resident’s requirements. Caring staff provide the best in professional holistic support, delivering comprehensive clinical care & services focused on helping the aged with specialised nursing, palliative and dementia care.

**About the role**:
We are hiring Part-Time/Full-Time Rostering Coordinator Position.

You will be required to work at the each facility at least one day per week and remaining days can be remote.

Duties may include:

- Managing and Generating rosters using rostering software
- Responding to roster inquiries from relevant staff
- Updating rosters based on business needs
- Assisting with the management of timesheets for relevant staff
- Escalating issues to relevant Team Leaders and Managers
- To ensure all documentation requirements are adhered to according to procedures outlined in the management system
- Promote Arete Health Care in a positive light to residents, families, visitors and the community
- Other duties as directed by Clinical Care & Services Manager or delegate

**Essential**:

- Demonstrated experience in rostering and time & attendance processes
- Demonstrated experience with understanding Awards and Payroll processes
- Demonstrated practical experience in an aged care environment
- Current National Criminal Police Check
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

**Recommended**:

- Desirable - Experience with Humanforce software
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Adherence to good Work Health Safety practices, company policies, infection prevention control, quality and accreditation issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $36.00 per hour
