Panel Beating Apprentice

WPC Group are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is eager to kickstart their career as a Panel Beating Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will work alongside skilled professionals on a wide range of luxury vehicles, including prestigious brands, to repair and restore their bodywork to pristine condition.
Under the guidance of our experienced panel beaters, you will learn various techniques, including dent removal and panel replacement, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship are maintained.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting senior panel beaters in repairing and restoring luxury vehicles to their original condition.
- Removing dents, scratches, and other imperfections using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Sanding, filling, and priming vehicle surfaces to prepare them for painting.
- Assisting with disassembling and reassembling vehicle components as required.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Following workplace safety protocols and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry, specifically in panel beating and luxury vehicle repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and working in various positions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
