***The Role**:
You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services and the Housekeeping Department. You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine

You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping and front office duties, task allocation and team rosters. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.

This is a full-time, 12 month maternity leave cover contract, reporting to the Park Manager.

- Outstanding customer service skills, professional presentation, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
- Great problem-solving and decision making skills and the ability to multitask
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Management - hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regarded
- Park Management CRM system experience - not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS preferred
- Available to work shifts over a 7 day rotating roster
- Previous Housekeeping experience and supervisory oversight to employees preferred - resort or hotel experience will be highly regarded
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude
