**Description**
As part of the Australian Sales team, you will have responsibility for the development of assigned accounts and territories reporting to the APAC Head of Sales. Your responsibility is to procure, develop, and close GRC software sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving personal revenue targets for your territory
- Building appropriate relationships with key influencers in your assigned accounts
- Design and execute account management plans to achieve client retention plans as outlined by executive management
- Lead generation and qualification of prospective clients for GRC product set
- Ensuring effective handover to other teams and stakeholders, following agreed stages in the sales process
- Create accurate sales plans and forecasts
- Relaying customer feedback to product management and company leadership
- Update CRM (SFDC) with accurate opportunity information for forecasts as well as all customer information and meeting & call notes in a timely manner
- Identify, develop and close all business opportunities in a professional, determined and timely manner
**Qualifications and skills**
- 3 years or more experience selling B2B solutions across multiple industries
- Verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding personal objectives and sales goals
- Knowledge of the GRC market not required, but highly valued. Selling to CIO business unit beneficial
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited need for direct supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and competency in prioritising workloads
- Enthusiastic, energetic and determined with high personal standards of integrity.
