**Finance Analyst**:

- Full time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday business hours - North Sydney base

Finance Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager -overheads & Recharges, through ensuring that identified corporate overhead profit centres are tracked, managed, recorded, reported, and forecast accurately and in line with Budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform the role of finance business partner for the various corporate functions.
- Regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure costs are valid, accurately recorded and remain within budget.
- Lead the forecasting of headcount costs, review of actuals and headcount analysis with stakeholders. Proactively identify risks to the business units and support opportunities
- Review and prepare timely balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity of balance sheet. Reconcile prepayments, accruals, GRNI, other payable and receivable balances.
- Preparation of quarterly reforecasting and annual budgets for various corporate functions.
- Business partnering support and proactive stakeholder management and the main point of contact for financial queries.
- Reporting for corporate functional net overheads (including all group profit centres and recoveries).

**Your skills**:

- Tertiary level qualifications; CA or CPA.
- SAP experience is must.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar level role within a large complex organisation.
- Knowledge of BPC and Power BI highly desirable
- Strong financial planning and analysis knowledge.
