**Role Summary**:
The Energy Ahead Specialist is an exciting opportunity in our Vulnerable Customer team based at our Perth CBD office.

This role is part-time 4 days a week, fixed-term until June 2025.

The Energy Ahead Specialist is responsible for the operational delivery of Synergy’s Energy Ahead program. This position supports our internal and external partners in the delivery of Energy Ahead program initiatives and works to ensure our contractual obligations are met.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Accountable for ongoing operational process improvements of the Energy Ahead program.
- Responsible for delivery of operational insights on the Energy Ahead program. Develop and build people capability through coaching, mentoring and implementation of employee development plans to deliver to Vulnerable Customer objectives.
- Working with the operational performance analytics team to build reporting frameworks for effective management of the Energy Ahead program.
- Support and coordinate scaling of the Energy Ahead program.
- Key point of contact for relevant internal and external stakeholders related to Energy Ahead.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or business administration.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a customer centric industry or organisation.
- Project or program management experience coordinating operational improvements.
- Experience presenting project and/or program insights and reporting to a range of stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Excellent relationship management skills and experience supporting external stakeholders.
