Early Childhood Educator

Creekside Kids Pty Ltd located in Cootamundra NSW, is an Early Childhood Centre seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

**Tasks and Duties**:

- Planning, structuring and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum program for children following the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Observing and evaluating the progress of students and to assist them with their needs as appropriate.
- The ability to work as part of a team, flexibly and cooperatively.
- Organising activities to develop interaction, confidence and motor skills in children, supporting continuous improvement.
- Promoting an engaging mode of teaching including storytelling, songs, rhymes, role play and conversations with children.
- Observing and evaluate the health and welfare of children, identifying factors that may affect progress and take appropriate action to assist the child.
- Building strong relations with children and families, discussing students’ progress with parents conversationally and in parent-teacher interviews.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience of Early Childhood Educator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
- A valid Working with Children Check and a First Aid/CPR certificate.

The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with salaries starting from $70,000 per annum (excluding superannuation).
