Reservations Co-ordinator

Come and join our cleverly designed Independently owned 97 room Boutique Hotel. We are in the heart of Lygon street 10 mins walk from the CBD.

**What you are will be doing -**
- Working Monday to Friday full time 38 hours
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding hotel rates and services.
- Maximizing profitability through yield management
- Jumping in if need be to help the front office team.
- Sharing and responding social feedback and reviews.
- Manage group bookings.

**About you**
- Previous hotel reservations experience is essential.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Understanding of FIT and market conditions
- Great customer service & Communications skills
- Yes Yes Yes Mentality

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
