**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Assist with creation and maintenance of effective automated testing scripts.
- Responsible for test completion end to end
- Involvement in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts based on business Requirements, Use cases and Functional Specifications in consultation.
- Contribute to various stages of testing - System Test, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Post Verification Testing - to provide quality assurance and testing of new and existing solutions
- Manage defect lifecycle - defect triage, retest and defect reporting using JIRA
- Review test plans for change requests made by IT, and make recommendations to improve testing where necessary.
- Own and create traceability matrix and test cases using JIRA/Zephyr/Confluence
- Co-ordinate releases into the test environments with the development teams
- Actively seek to understand industry developments in testing products and approaches.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

To be successful in this position you will be a fast learner with strong stakeholder management skills. You'll also have a strong test analyst background including:

- End to end life cycle experience - SIT, UAT, Regression, Post Verification Testing
- Solid experience with writing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Reporting
- Hands on experience with test automation
- A basic understanding of testing frameworks
- A basic understanding of Object oriented Programming
- Experience in API testing
- Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Good understanding of Scrum based Agile Methodology
- Experience of using Microsoft DevOps
- Graduate qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming or related qualification.
