We take accountability for setting and delivering the highest standards of quality, and never give up**About This Role**The Logistics Officer covers a key role in the logistics team, acting as the local point of contact for Shops for logistic issues, resolving them or addressing them to the correct escalation path. This role provides an opportunity for those looking for a career in Supply Chain or Logistics within Amplifon to develop skills in relevant to store operations and replenishment, order processing and management.The responsibilities of the Logistics Officer include but not limited to:Client's file
- Manage outbound client's files to other providers, maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of clinic-to-clinic files and archives.

Other
- Manage the outbound process of client batteries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
- Receive and sort incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Support the processing of Warehouse Tickets.
- Receive and sort donation aids, ensuring proper handling and distribution.
- Support team with pick packing activities as needed to meet operational demands.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Professional Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages and materials as required.
