Sydney, Australia Gallup Full time

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic team player who can provide administrative support to Gallup’s internal and external clients.

**In this role**:

- We will count on your warm reception at the front desk, on the phone, and at Gallup courses and events to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter.
- You will help organize in-person courses and events in the office. You will coordinate materials, host clients, organize catering logistics and technology needs, keep the kitchen and rooms stocked and tidy, be responsible for room design setup and tear down, and more.
- You will orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, update presentations and documents, and handle other administrative requests as needed.

Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will be essential to your success in this multifaceted opportunity. If you’re ready to be part of the team and help us fulfil our mission of changing the world, join us, and put your greatest strengths to work.

**Who we want**:

- **Service-oriented team members **who have the sophistication, poise and confidence to support the Gallup Australia team and clients
- **Exceptional achievers **who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of working with a variety of individuals and varying schedules
- **Sophisticated communicators **who can quickly build rapport and engage others in conversation, leaving a lasting impression on clients and associates
- **Master multitaskers **who are highly organized and can prioritize the urgency of multiple requests to meet simultaneous deadlines with outstanding quality
- **Proactive initiators **with the confidence to help associates and clients get what they need before they even ask for it
- **Highly adaptable professionals **with the flexibility and intuition that it takes to prioritize quickly changing needs — and the discipline it takes to remain focused on the details
- **Engaging team players **who build close relationships with associates and always lend a helpful hand

**What you need**:

- At least two years of receptionist and/or administrative experience required
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Availability to work four days a week in Gallup’s Sydney office required
- Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

**What we offer**:
We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths — what you do _right _, rather than what you do wrong — and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:

- A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture
- The opportunity to work in a flexible and hybrid work environment that allows you to work remotely one day per week
- A global, diverse and inclusive workplace culture that is committed to fostering belonging and wellbeing
- A collaborative work environment with world-class managers and highly tenured mentors who guide and empower associates based on their unique skills and strengths
- Continuous learning and development opportunities and purposeful career growth tailored to your unique talents
- Mission-driven work that changes the lives of people around the world
- A robust benefits package including competitive salary, medical health coverage, gym membership reimbursement and travel reimbursement
- A beautiful office, nestled in the heart of North Sydney, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and captivating vistas of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and just a 10-minute walk to the water’s edge/ferry that takes you into the city

And the perks don’t stop there. Learn more about life at Gallup.
