Garden Technician

You will have a base pay of $30/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day Average pay for Team members is above $35/hr. Also enjoy our phone data and gym membership reimbursements.

About the position:

- Hours are 4 x 10 hour days Monday to Thursday. Fridays are reserved for overflow work if weather interferes. You will more often than not enjoy a long weekend.
- Each shift starts out of Doncaster, where you will load your vehicle and work independently throughout the day.
- You will perform simple services such as Mowing, Trimming and Weed Control services on a number of properties throughout the day before returning to Doncaster.

Augusta Lawn Care is a franchise and now has 150+ locations worldwide. We are hoping to find Team Members who can grow with our business into an Estimator or General Manager role within the next few years.

Pay: $30.13 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
