Join Sephora and be part of an exciting new store opportunity located in **East Melbourne** to complete the **Retail Team** **(Retail Assistants, Makeup Artists, & Skin Specialist)** with **Full-Time, Part-Time, & Casual** **positions available**. **The Opportunity**:
As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are our Beauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

As a Makeup Artist in Sephora you are our Beauty Studio Artist; You bring the creativity to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers unleash their inner artist and become the best version themselves through makeup. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

As a Skincare Specialist, you are a key team member who inspires and helps our customers become the best version of themselves. You are encouraged to explore, create emotional connections, and help customers discover our amazing Skincare Selection.

You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers to help customers discover Sephora's amazing offerings. Best of all, you'll love working with our diverse teams and leaders, who care about you and help you evolve. - Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs.
- Are a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
- Are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share your knowledge with, and learn from, your team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artist, & Skin Specialists.
- Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
- Have a passion to share your knowledge with your team and Sephora customers.
- Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Have previous Sales and Artistry experience, and have a certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable (Beauty Studio Artist)
- Have certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare highly desirable
