**About the role**:
Supporting the Logistics and Transformation Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the performance of Liquor Supply Chain from an inventory and loss perspective.

You’ll also:

- Contribute to the development of Supply Chain/distribution centre strategies and business plans
- Collaborate with and provide leadership and advice to other supply chain functional areas on inventory best practice
- Ensure cross functional understanding and alignment to a world class inventory program, consistent across the liquor network
- Manage and review a range of inventory control and management activities to project product demand
- Maintain stock availability including daily checks and oversight of stocktakes and cycle counting; and manage inventory audit and reporting requirements
- Manage and monitor the implementation and performance of activities to ensure inventory integrity, quality and efficiency as well as optimum integration with automation systems and processes
- Manage daily and weekly loss processes with internal and external stakeholders to minimise unaccounted for inventory and conduct root cause analysis

**About you and your skills**:
You will have proven inventory management experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.

You’ll also have:

- Experience with warehouse management systems in a complex inventory environment
- Use dashboards, data and reports to monitor identified performance measures and metrics, inform decision making and manage team performance; and take appropriate and timely action based on such data and reporting. Using tools such as MS Power Platforms, Tableau or similar
- A solid understanding of, and the ability to use data and analytics to make decisions and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, improvement, and change
