**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented and motivated PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 2 year fixed term contract. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and monitoring of our projects and provide technical expertise. You will collaborate closely with the enterprise to standardise Project Management Practices, deliver Enterprise Project Reporting, analyse new project requests, support and uplift Project Management capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a rapidly evolving, mission-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the PMO Manager in the production of enterprise project dashboards/reports to enable executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc
- Assist in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Scope Project Management framework, processes, templates and tools.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices across the organisation, providing advice across the project lifecycle to meet quality standards.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise project management practices and contribute to the evolution of the PMO function.
- Support the project prioritisation process, including requirements gathering and analysis to generate recommendations for Executive decision making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in project management methodologies.

**About You**

Ideally you will have proven experience as a PMO Analyst, be a self-starter, highly organised, a critical thinker, has strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to implement effective solutions. As you will be collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, your capability to build respectful relationships is imperative to the team’s success. Equally as important is your willingness to manage your stakeholders expectations and not be afraid to ask hard questions.
