This growing Accounting and Financial Services Company require the immediate assistance of an experienced Payroll Officer to join their large Finance team to assist with an overload of work. You will be responsible for payroll processing for a couple of small payrolls using Keypay system. This is a part-time role and can be 3 or 4 days per week. You will be required to be available Mondays and Thursdays in order to process payroll and will be highly flexible around the other day/days. The location is easily accessible by train or bus and there is heavily discounted parking rates for staff.

The Role
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

End to end payroll processing in Keypay

Calculations of leave, entitlements and deductions

Processing of superannuation

Ad hoc reporting

Dealing with employee queries

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing

Keypay experience highly advantageous

A high attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work well as part of the team and autonomously

A team player, professional and positive attitude

Well presented with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
