**About the role**

Due to continual growth, we are currently seeking a self-motivated Service Technician with at least 10 years’ experience in commercial service.

This role will be looking after a number of commercial sites, completing preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and quoting any work generated on your sites.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Technician as you will have the freedom to manage and take ownership of your own sites with the support of the Service Director.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience working in a commercial environment.
- HVAC Trade Licence.
- White Card.
- Drivers Licence.
- Arctick refrigeration handling licence.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Well presented, reliable and punctual.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide effective solutions for commercial breakdown, service diagnostics, and repairs to all types of HVAC equipment.
- Complete daily inspections, job notes and report writing.
- Utilise simPRO software to provide job notes at time of closing off and completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site, carrying out equipment inspections as part of the preventative maintenance job plan.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and established clients and stakeholders.
