**What’s the gig?**

Our Aquatics team at WhiteWater World are searching for motivated, energetic and outgoing team players to join us on a casual basis.

The role of a Slide/Ride Operator is to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the water park attractions and water slides whilst providing exceptional service to our guests.

**As Slide/Ride Operator, you are responsible for**:

- Operating all equipment according to training
- Ensuring a safe environment for our guests
- Identifying and appropriately addressing potential hazards
- Carrying out all tasks in accordance with standard policies and procedures
- Provision of exceptional Guest Service

**What do we need from you?**

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in an environment with high peak periods and varying workloads, while working as part of a cohesive team. Flexibility is crucial, as shifts will be scheduled on weekends and during peak school and public holiday periods. A positive attitude is a must

**Please note**: All Slide/Ride Operators must be at least 18 years of age, as per Australian Standard AS3533.
