**About the Role**

**Fixed Term - Full Time - until 01/11/2025**

The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in the program delivery team by ensuring a smooth transition from existing processes to the new data-driven paradigm. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive change management strategy that outlines the vision for the transition, defines objectives, and identifies key stakeholders and their roles in the process.

The Change Manager will develop engagement plans to ensure stakeholder input is captured and understood by the program team. This role will also develop effective communication plans and collateral to inform stakeholders about the changes, the benefits of the changes, and the impact to stakeholder roles and routines to support the implementation of new systems.
The Change Manager will work collaboratively with the program team and stakeholders to align change management efforts with the technical aspects of the program, ensuring that the implementation of the program is seamless and well-received, and that benefits are realised. This role will lead a team of Change and Process Analysts to develop templates for new systems, validate these with users and embed usage.
The Change Manager will ensure that new systems are implemented comprehensively and tailored to the specific needs and nuances of each transport mode, ultimately leading to a successful uplift of real-time disruption information and spatial mapping across the entire public transport network.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- **Successful Change Implementation** - Planned changes are effectively implemented across the organisation and external stakeholders, with mínimal disruption to operations and achieving high adoption rates.
- **Stakeholder Engagement** - Effectively engaged and gained the support of key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, in the change process.
- Clear Communication - Established and maintained clear and consistent communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about the progress and rationale behind the change.
- **Measurement and Evaluation** - Developed and tracked key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the change initiatives. Collected feedback from stakeholders and used it to make necessary adjustments and refinements to the change management plan.
- **Adoption of new processes** - Supported stakeholders and employees to understand the benefits and purpose of the new changes to processes, technologies and ways of working.
- **Team Leadership** - Leading and supporting a team of Change Leads or change agents responsible for driving specific aspects of the change initiative.
- Promoted and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or
- Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role

**Desirable**
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline
- PROSCI Change Management certification or similar certification
