Maintenance Handyperson

We manage two well-branded hotels in Melbourne CBD with almost 300 rooms. We are looking for a Maintenance Handyperson to join our friendly and supportive team. We are welcoming of persons from all different backgrounds and communities.

Key role requirements/skills:

- Experience in a similar role environment (Hotels)
- The ability to communicate with a diverse range of people in a professional manner. As the ability to initiate contact and build rapport easily with all our guests, stakeholders and suppliers is essential.
- Has sound knowledge of the use and care of hardware tools and associated equipment.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Has sound problem solving skills with an ability to think logically and laterally.
- Capability to work autonomously yet communicate well with internal teams.
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of WH&S and Fire Safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
