**About You**:

- Industry-related qualification or studying towards one.
- Australian Drivers Licence (P2 or higher).
- Blue Card (Paid for employment).
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Demonstrated background, understanding and participation in the Indigenous Community with the ability to support Indigenous young people in residential care to connect with their culture

**The Position**:
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be privileged to work with some of the most wonderful Indigenous young people living in residential care. You will help provide a safe and nurturing home environment and support them in their day to day lives, teach them practical and social skills, help them to connect with their culture and be a role model in preparing them for adulthood.
