**The Company**
My client has a name synonymous with property and real estate. They are a large, global player that offer a well-established platform to leverage your success. Within the larger business operate a nimble, deal focused retail team capable of projects and static leasing. Lead by some of the best in the business, rest assured your training and development with be unsurpassed. Within this role you will be based within an asset in Sydney’s West and assisting with a small portfolio.

**The Responsibilities**
- Establish positive relationships & provide prompt responses to tenants requests
- Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant & customer related queries
- Assist with adhoc administrative tasks & projects as required
- Support the day to day management of a nominated portfolio of retail assets
- Finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties
- Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs & maintenance
- Enter tenant sales, insurance & lease information into the system
- Prepare & issue weekly leasing reports to clients

**Ideal Skills/Experience**
- Experience within the property industry will be highly regarded
- Previously worked in a busy, face paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills both written, verbal & computer literacy
- Be a self
- starter with strong business acumen
- Have excellent organisational skills and resourcefulness
- Have high quality and efficient documentation output
