Finance Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Finance Officer to provide a range of finance/travel technology solutions and business services including finance/travel systems development and administration, policy, procedures and controls monitoring and advice, and, financial/travel management training.
- 6 month contract.

**As the Finance Officer, you will assist the Manager Projects in the delivery of a range of finance and technology solutions and to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Department's finance and travel systems and processes across all business areas.**
- Provide support to the SAP management function including daily customer and vendor master data maintenance, user access, compliance controls, general knowledge of purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Manage administrative practices to support and monitoring corporate card activity and transactions and have the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Promaster.
- Monitor and manage the mailbox and provide a help desk function providing professional advice, guidance and support on finance and travel systems.
- Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support and month end tasks (e.g. preparation of reports) and identify problems, conduct research, seek expert advice, recommend solutions with the ability to work autonomously.
- Manage the record keeping requirements for Financial Systems and Services in line with the Public Records Act 2002 and other record keeping guidelines, using the record management system (Content Manager).
- Participate and positively contribute to the team environment by assisting colleagues and working collaboratively across the department by establishing and maintain effective working relationships and networks.
- Undertake general financial related activities to support the activities of Financial Systems and Services.
