**About the role**

We are looking for friendly, organised tutors experienced in Middle School tuition (Yr 7-10) and/or VCE tuition (Yr 11-12) who are looking for part-time employment or striving to kick start their career in education. Our VCE tutors should possess strong academic results alongside the ability to communicate effectively.

**Tutors will be required to**:
*Customize sessions to meet your student’s unique learning goals

require further explanation

*Create and provide resources tailored to your student’s lesson plans

*Review learning material such as homework, assignments and exams

*Employ the ability to implement effective study strategies to promote learning

**Great Pay**

We pay an excellent starting rate of $35 per hour (VCE) and $30 per hour (Middle School: Years 7-10) to our tutor partners

**Flexible & Convenient**

At Arc, we provide you with the flexibility of choosing your own lesson times so that we can allocate you students that best fit your schedule We deal with all the backend student admin; all you need to do is teach
