**Who will you be supporting?**

A mature woman in her 90s who lives in Sunnybank. She is a very independent lady who is seeking temporary support with accessing the community while a family member is away.

**What support is required?**

**2-2.5 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays commencing 1/10/23 for 6 weeks**. Times flexible however mornings preferred with a 9am or 10am start. Rate offered will be $50/hr. **If there is a positive personal connection with the client there will be potential for ongoing visits. **Support will include:

- Accessing the community including transport to regular Dr's appointments.
- Assistance with shopping.
- Participating in flower arranging activities
- General well-being check-in.

**They are seeking a support worker with**:

- ABN and their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- No weekends

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
