**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a new **Field Specialist** based in **Perth, Western Australia** (regular travels across different sites and states will be required).

The purpose of the Field Specialist role is to perform critical field-based support to existing customers, troubleshoots technical issues, offers expertise regarding services and replacing faulty equipment while performing sales activities in an ethical and professional manner.
- Experience in parts identification via customer service and/or sales related role in the mining, construction, or agricultural industry.
- Experience with Ground Engaging Tools, Rubber Tracks and Pads, Agricultural Wear Parts
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to different states and sites.
