**About the Role**
The **Trainee Medical Officer Unit** currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as the **TMO Unit Manager** on an **ongoing full time contract.**
As the **TMO Unit Manager** you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of employment services to TMOs, including providing an expert human resource consultancy and advisory service for the Medical workforce.
You will work with both the Prevocational (Director of Clinical Training and Medical Education Officer/s) and Vocational Training Supervisors to support the provision of safe, high quality medical practice at WCHN and maximise the capacity of WCHN to recruit and retain quality trainee medical staff, through its reputation for training excellence.
You will work collaboratively with a range of WCHN staff including Chief Executive Office, Divisional Medical Directors, Director Centre for Education and Training, Director Human Resources Operations and Nursing and Midwifery Directors to provide expert advice on operational management of TMOs.
