**About the role**

**We’re seeking two self-motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our team at Austral Bricks, Rochedale, Queensland. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing and selling Austral Bricks products within the residential, reseller, commercial, multi-residential, civil and architectural segments of the industry.**

***

**Vacancies exist to support Austral Bricks across the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast regions.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**

***
- Formulate growth strategies for business, customer service, and profit margins.
- Maintain regular and exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers.
- Inform customers of new products and price movements.
- Meet budget requirements for both volume and revenue.
- Develop Sales Plans, activities and campaigns for your designated territory.
- Develop strategies that lead to business growth, industry leading customer service and profit growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly sales reports.
- Develop and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist with the launch of new products.
- Attend corporate functions and events to engage with customers.

**Success Requirements**

***
- Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative.
- Tertiary qualification in a Business/Sales related field preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian builders and their key markets.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of using an ERP system preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
