**Care With Quality** is a Melbourne-based boutique home and community care provider that services in the North-western and South-eastern regions of Melbourne and we have served our community providing personalised care services for over 25 years. We focus on providing a supportive environment where you can be yourself at work and be proud of the work that you do.

**About the role**

We support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.
- Providing general social support and spending quality team with clients

We are looking for a full-time, FLEXI-CARER, who will be our on-call, go-to support worker from Monday to Friday, for an eight-hour block some time between 7am and 6pm each day. This is a great opportunity to support members across our community with a wide range of service needs and, to work full-time in a role that you love

**In joining the team, you must have**:

- Cert III in Aged Care or Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability** (mandatory)**:

- ** Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.**:

- ** Be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport, driving license and Comprehensive Insurance (mandatory)**.
