Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

MCV
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
About the Role
This role has responsibility for the day-to-day delivery CISP Remand Outreach Program (CROP) to both CISP & CROP Magistrate Court locations across the state.
It provides leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of Assessment and Referral Practitioners who provide support to people on bail with multiple and complex needs.
There will be requirement for travel and the ability to carry out client work when required. As the Team Leader for CROP you will develop close working relationships with both Court and Prison based staff. You will report into the Manager of Court Support Serviecs and work closely with your colleagues across Court Support Services.
About You
- Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working in prison based settings and forensic clients
- Experience working with complex case management intervention services, including but not limited to mental health, alcohol and other drugs, cognitive impairment
- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, allied health or another relevant field
