We are a transport company based in Greenacre, NSW.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our customer service & sales team. While the job will initially be a three month contract, we will look to bring the successful applicant on-board as full-time staff after this initial period. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will be required to problem solve, be organised, communicate with customers and suppliers, and maintain a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for talking with customers over the phone to:

- Answer inbound enquiries
- Promote our services to enquiring customers in order to make sales and achieve monthly KPIs
- Follow up potential customers with outbound phone calls

**Key Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes**
- A high level of enthusiasm and drive
- A team-based attitude
- The ability to convey and explain information coherently and confidently both verbally and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to win customers’ trust by establishing rapport and providing great service
- The ability to work in a fast moving environment
- Past call centre experience
- Past experience working for a removals company in sales or operations

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre, NSW 2190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
