**About the College**:
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

RANZCOG is committed to the establishment and maintenance of the highest possible standards of practice in women's health and provides programs in training, accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) that are responsive to the evolving health care needs of women.

RANZCOG supports research into women's health and act as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Increase engagement across RANZCOG’s social media channels.
Maintain regular, content-specific communication channels for members and trainees.
Organise recording, provide technical support, edit audio and publish to RANZCOG’s podcast channel.
Create content for internal and external communications, with a particular focus on member and patient experience.
Lead a review of the current marketing activities of the College and create a communication and marketing strategy focused on promoting college activities and offerings.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Ability to evaluate communication and marketing activities and provide constructive feedback to key staff and members.
- Judgement and problem solving - experience identifying and mitigating communication risks.
- Be comfortable working autonomously and flexibly. Can stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines and manage periods of ambiguity with ease.
- Familiarity with health issues and an understanding of the women’s health environment in Australia and New Zealand.
- A working understanding of best practice digital communication techniques, including use of website CMS, EDM platforms, and social media channels.
