**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:
This position is primarily responsible for managing the Rental Kit and ConMed Sports Tissue activities in a professional, timely and accurate manner. This includes interdepartmental communication and coordination, customer contact, reporting, stock tracking and records maintenance.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**:
The Rental Kit/CST Manager is one of six direct reports to the Operations Manager. It has four direct reports. Two for Rental Kits and two for ConMed Sports Tissue.

Managing the Rental Kit team and process including:

- Actioning customer requests/ bookings
- Customer correspondence and feedback (Internal and External)
- Liaising with Rental Set Assistants regarding dispatch and stock replenishment
- Management and administration of Regional Office Rotation Loan Sets
- Action enquiries, escalated disputes, issue resolution and anomaly management (internal & External).
- Determine product usage and facilitate information advising Customer Service for invoicing.
- Actioning requests for new set creation in line with RA/QA

Coordination of the Sports Tissue process Management
- Ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Ensuring the appropriate approvals are received
- Ensuring the FM008 is received completed, correct and signed
- Ensuring health funding is received (if required)
- Follow up of outstanding Tissue Trace Forms
- Ensuring Tissue Trace Forms are received and filed appropriately
- Liaising with Regulatory, Commercial and Operations team members involved in the ConMed Sports Tissue process
