**About the role**

Our Talent Coordinators are a vital and important member of the Talent team responsible for ensuring all records are kept up to date, maintaining information in our recruitment system and in our document management system, helping hiring managers submit their recruitment requests for approval, writing and posting job advertisements, and assisting with coordinating interviews.

You will also support with the delivery of other projects within the Talent Team by providing administrative, logístical and coordination support. This could include assisting with bulk recruitment campaigns, graduate and student recruitment events, and careers and jobs fairs. This may include the need for occasional travel.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising and getting job briefs from Hiring Managers about their vacancies
- Writing, drafting and re-formatting all adverts
- Recruitment system training, troubleshooting, account set-ups and deactivations on an ad hoc basis
- Monitoring all current live adverts, keeping vacancies in the recruitment system current and updated
- Advertising each vacancy on all job boards
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens and book interviews

**What you need to succeed**
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role, ideally in the not-for-profit or community services sector
- Friendly demeanor with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for working with sensitive and confidential data.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively.
- The ability to work both autonomously and contribute to team outcomes whilst identifying what issues require escalation
