- Strong administration and compliance capabilities

**The Role**:
As a Parent & Family Pathway Planner, you will provide advocacy, coaching and mentoring to Parents and at times, the whole family, helping them prepare for their eventual return to work or study.
- Lead the way in supporting parents to both plan for and create pathways for future growth and development
- Liaise with local service providers and community to assist parents effectively prepare for a return to work or study
- Engage in networking activities to strengthen relationships with local business and community groups
- Effectively administer the delivery of APM’s contractual service delivery model and plan
- Full time permanent position working 38 HRS weekly (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm)

**To be considered, you will have...**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check and able to pass a Working with Children Check
